Paranoia Happiness Is Mandatory Secretly Pulled From Sale

Paranoia was made by Black Shamrock and Cyanide Studio and published by Bigben Interactive. The space on the Epic Games Store which which Paranoia once occupied now returns simply a 404 ‘Page Not Found’ error. It’s gone. It’s not even clear when exactly Paranoia was pulled from the store. I can see from a site-crawling archive that it was still up on January 17th and, as VG247 noted, comments under an official Facebook post say it was gone by February 3rd....

Portal With Rtx Is A Flawed Diamond Of A Ray Traced Remaster

Admittedly, that’s in spite of some shortcomings, including utterly broken performance on even the strongest Radeon RX graphics cards. Equip yourself with RTX hardware, however, and this free mod is a real Christmas treat. If you missed the RTX 40 series launch event at which it was revealed, RTX Remix is essentially a modding platform that makes it possible to add ray tracing and Nvidia DLSS upscaling to certain Direct 8 and DirectX 9 games....

Praey For The Gods Leaves Early Access Adds Two Final Bosses Aka Colossi

This update adds the final two boss fights, completing the Praey Of The Gods’ story. Version 1.0 also brings a bunch of quality of life updates. There are new difficulty modes, including an easier Story Mode that removes various survival systems and weapon degradation, and a Brutal difficulty mode designed for those “people that love pain”, say its developers. It also adds boss and combat lock-on, changes to climbing and dodging, visual enhancements and a lot else....

Preview Immortals Fenyx Rising Is A Lot Like Zelda

Its similarities with Zelda is the first thing I ask associate game director Julien Galloudec about. He says it is always nice to be compared to very good games, but points to other titles as key influences on Immortals Fenyx Rising. “Games from the early 2000s - those action-adventure games like Jak And Daxter, Banjo Kazooie that were very action-adventurey in a more open world, with a lot of different challenges like puzzles and fights combined together,” he told me....

Psychedelic Platformer Spinch Coming In September

“Our hero Spinch can dash, dodge, jump off walls, and shoot his own children as ammunition,” say Queen Bee Games. “Platform your way through side-scrolling levels collecting items to give you the upperhand while searching for your missing babies.” Queen Bee queued up a new trailer during Day Of The Devs today showing off all that dodging and hopping and, oh yes the horrifying rainbow sphere snake. It looks sweet, but Spinch sounds salty too....

Rainbow Six Siege S Next Operator Has Explosive Drones And Excellent Style

Hailing from Argentina is this new operator, Flores, an attacker with a penchant for explosive drones. His special gadget, the Ratero Charge, launches a remote controlled drone which also happens to be a timed explosive. Flores can drive it around and detonate it to do damage to enemies, or take out defending traps like barbed wires and shields. Here’s where it gets cheeky though: once the Ratero starts its detonation countdown, “engaging” the explosive (i....

Red Dead Redemption 2 Is Steam S Game Of The Year

RDR2 took the top spot for game of the year, which I can’t personally argue with. I may have even voted for it, but I’ve slept since then. I certainly played a heck of a lot of the online portion of the game in 2020. Despite a rocky launch on multiple storefronts when it arrived on PC at the tail end of 2019, it seems everyone else must have come around on it as well....

Remnant From The Ashes Labyrinthian Prequel Arrives Today

Unlike its predecessor, Chronos is just a singleplayer adventure, and doesn’t have online co-op. What it does have, is loads of traditional RPG things. The story is revolves around you, a hero on a lifelong quest to save your home from evil and and all that - you know the drill. Its weapon system is all Soulslike-y, too, in that you have to match up what you’re using to the skill it scales with (so some swords work better with Strenth, others with agility, etc....

Resident Evil 3 And Monster Hunter World Iceborne Headline Amd S Latest Free Games Bundle

Running from now (February 4th) until April 25th 2020, the offer applies to AMD’s Radeon RX 5700 and RX 5700 XT cards, the Radeon RX 5500 XT, and RX 5500 and RX 5500M systems available from third party manufacturers. Alas, AMD’s brand-new Radeon RX 5600 XT (which recently pushed out Nvidia’s GTX 1660 Ti to claim the top spot in our best graphics card list) seems to be excluded from this new offer, but the good news is that its sub-£200 / $200 little brother, the RX 5500 XT, definitely gets the pick of the bunch, which is great news if you’re after an inexpensive 1080p graphics card that can easily rival what Nvidia’s GTX Super cards can do....

Rockstar published their statement on Twitter: “Our work on the next Grand Theft Auto game will continue as planned and remain as committed as ever to delivering an experience to you, our players, that truly exceeds your expectations,” the statement said. Rockstar said there’d be an official update on the game’s progress “soon”, and that they’d release details of the game “when it is ready”. Rps Pax West 2022 The Cast Of Team Fortress 2 Reminisce About The Fps S Lasting Legacy

After watching yesterday’s TF2 panel, we were incredibly excited to put our own questions to the TF2 squad. Ellen McLain (the TF2 announcer), Gary Schwartz (Heavy and Demoman), John Patrick Lowrie (Sniper) and Robin Atkin Downes (Medic) answered all our questions including how they each created the voices for the characters and if they would they return for a completely metaphorical release of Team Fortress 3 which - spoilers - was a resounding yes....

Rps Time Capsule The Games Worth Saving From 2009

As always, these Time Capsules aren’t intended to be a definitive ‘best games of X year’ list. Instead, they’re the games from that year we’d still recommend people play today, either because they remain one of the best examples of their genre, or they’re games that contain a valuable lesson for the future. There are also some additional rules we’ve set ourselves as well: it must be this specific version of the game we’re recommending, which means we’d have to have a very good reason not to pick a remaster or remake where applicable, and we’re also basing our picks on the year they came out on PC, not the date they might have first become available on other platforms....

Sailwind Is Just A Few Updates Away From Excellence

Sailwind is all about that. You sail a boat. Nobody will attack you. There are no monsters to fight, or guilds to appease. It’s just you, the sea, and the skills that will take your boat across it well enough that you don’t starve on the way.

Salt And Sacrifice Preview Worth Its Salt

To set the Soulslike scene, Salt And Sacrifice is a 2D sidescroller that riffs heavily off Dark Souls and its gothic, perilous world. We’re talking crumbled castles and misty caverns, littered with wretches feasting on corpses, or ultimately, looking for a fight. Of which I had many in the hour or two I spent in the game’s earliest areas. Start a new game in Salt And Sacrifice and you’ll be faced with a familiar character creation screen....

Scope Out This Early Look At Halo Infinite S First Full Multiplayer Match

We’ve embedded the whole stream above, but if you want to skip straight to the multiplayer map, then fast forward until 1:19:10. Things of note include being able to toss weapons away mid-game, which you could only do on a weapon swap until now. It’s a small detail, but it lets you pass weapons to other team mates. Pick-ups will be collected instead of immediately activated on collection, too. If you die, an enemy will be able to loot the collected power-up....
