Every annum, Google publishes a lookback at what mankind’s been rummaging up online in their Year In Search review (thanks BBC). In 2022, Wordle actually came above Ukraine, Queen Elizabeth, and several Indian cricket matches to nab the number one spot in global search. It also took home gold in the UK, leaving the World Cup to slum it in second place. I’m actually mildly impressed with my country for that....
Currently, Game Pass has some fantastic games on offer, including recent releases Unpacking, Forza Horizon 5 and Back 4 Blood. There is something for everyone with this subscription, so is a sure shot for individuals or families. Plus, Game Pass has been receiving more and more day one releases: Halo Infinite will be available on December 8th for anyone to play, which is enough reason in itself to sign up....

They’ve also made the Steam Deck’s dock available to purchase. It costs $80/£80 and has the same 1-2 week delivery estimate as the Deck itself. In response to the report, employee group A Better ABK have called for Kotick to be replaced as CEO and are organising a staff walkout. This latest report by the WSJ (free sign-up required) continues the wave of allegations and several lawsuits which together paint a picture of harassment and abuse within Activision Blizzard. Activision have reportedly received more than 500 reports from current and former employees alleging “harassment, sexual assault, bullying, pay disparities and other issues” since the State Of California filed suit against the company back in July....

Along with a 4v4 mode where two teams vie to beat three big monsters and claim their hearts first, Crucible will have 2v2v2v2v2v2v2v2 last-team-standing, and an 8v8 mode about capturing and holding resource harvesters to collect points. Kenzan was a Japan-exclusive game in the Ryū Ga Gotoku series that was released on PlayStation 3 in 2008, and was Like A Dragon’s first samurai-era spin-off. The game was set two centuries before Ishin, and centred on the famous swordsman Miyamoto Musashi. In the game, Mushashi looked exactly like present-day Like A Dragon protagonist Kazuma Kiryu, natch. Yokoyama said that he felt Kenzan would need “an entire new game of its own” to flesh out its basic outline into something present-day players would appreciate....
