As spotted by Eurogamer, Capcom’s lycan can be found on the Mendip Hill near Cheddar, Somerset. Last weekend, local news outlet Somerset Live reported that the “mysterious figure” had suddenly appeared overnight, and that it was “unclear who created the outline of the monster”. They sound a bit spooked in the article, which is fair enough. According to the Somerset County Gazette, the chalk creature is “58m high and more than 100m long”....

In Resident Evil Village you play as Ethan Winters, the same surprisingly tough, perpetually confused protagonist from Resident Evil 7, who has a habit of waking up in less-than-ideal places. This time he’s really outdone himself, though, as not too long after the events of the previous game he finds himself with not only another case of severe bed-head, but in a snow-swept village where there the ambience has less sounds of kids playing and more snorts of werewolves tearing flesh from bone....

What’s concerning is the way the software automatically boots up whenever your computer does, and takes a long hard look at what your computer’s up to. For my part, I was previously a defender of real-time with pause (henceforth RTWP). That’s how Baldur’s Gate games were and that’s how they should continue to be, right? Pausing every couple seconds to micromanage was an inherent part of my experience with not just Baldur’s Gate but Icewind Dale, another RPG built in the same engine. In the modern day, I’ve enjoyed the throw-back quality of RTWP systems in classic-style RPGs like Tyranny and Pillars of Eternity....

This is what Satisfactory’s update 4 trailer reminds me of. Today’s update adds hoverpacks, drones and particle accelerators to the factory building game, but it feels like it’s a set of street lights turning on at the end that would get the biggest cheer. Update 4 brings many major changes and additions. For one, it revamps how Satisfactory’s nuclear power works, allowing you to produce Plutonium Fuel Rods and a new set of buildings that use nuclear power....
